I agree that this road will help this area to grow. but my worry is the toll. there should be a transparent process in it. There should be a dashboard to clearly show how much was collected and how much is pending. If possible there should be a trust formed and give that share to those who gave the land. Practically speaking many would have lost their life time earning by just accepting small amount of guidance value. if they are part of toll collection, they will also be happy for it. It is easy to talk about growth, but we also need to think in the perspective of person who lost the land.

This is waste because it's just alternative to hsr Krishnagiri dpuri. Lakhs of agriculture land grabbed from farmers and built the road. It's green belt area. Instead existing road NH 7 could be widened to 6 ways. Which cost would be reduced.
NH 7 is six lane till Krishnagiri. Having a alternate road is always good and this route will reduce travel time to South from Bangalore and will skip Krishnagiri
